Genuine hospitality and great views
Waking up to the ocean waves was magical. The owner Joseph’s personal touch made our stay unforgettable. he even helped with our luggage. We enjoyed breakfasts with a spectacular view from the terrace every morning.
The absence of an elevator made carrying our bags a bit of a workout, and the room size was snug for two. We felt congested at times, but the charm of the place made it worthwhile.

The friendly staff made each day enjoyable, and breakfast on the balcony with Mediterranean views was a highlight. A true pleasure just a stroll from the busy old town.

The room had an amazing sea view, which made waking up so much better! It was clean and the bed was really comfy. Air conditioning worked well, although it was a little too cold for us at times. The size was decent for a short stay, not too cramped. The bathroom was modern and nice too. Overall, a great place to rest after exploring Nice!

The balcony provided a fantastic sea view, great for relaxing with morning coffee. The location allowed easy access to the beach across the street, perfect for beachgoers looking to soak in the sun.
The entryway had stored patio furniture, which was a bit unappealing. Room amenities felt basic, with additional items available only upon request, making it feel like a scavenger hunt. Air conditioning struggled a bit, but there was a table fan to help. Also, the hotel offers parking, but it can be inconvenient as cars are shuffled around rather than parked in a dedicated lot.

great view , but basic amenities
The ocean view from my standard double room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I appreciated the warm hospitality offered by the owners. they were genuinely attentive and quick to address my needs. The room was kept impeccably clean every day, which allowed me to feel comfortable throughout my stay.
While the overall experience was pleasant, I found the amenities to be quite basic compared to other hotels.
